Refunds

• Contact us using the contact form to cancel your booking
• 10% of every booking fee is non-refundable no matter when or for what reason the cancellation is made.
• 90% of the booking fee is refundable for cancellations made 4 months prior to check-in date.
• 50% of the booking fee is refundable for cancellations made between 2 and 4 months prior to the check-in date.
• No refunds are available for 
• There are no refunds or price adjustments for late arrivals or early departures

Risks and Waiver of Liability

• As a condition of using the camp, all adult guests will be required to sign a release and waiver of liability on behalf of themselves and any minors in their group. 
• Participating in a remote wilderness camp and related activities is an inherently risky activity.
• Minors must wear life jackets on docks and in any boat, kayak, canoe, or watercraft. Minors may only swim without a life jacket with a parent actively supervising. Parents are responsible for water safety of their children.

Rules

• Conduct incompatible with the Christian, family-oriented nature of the camp is not permitted.  
• Smoking is not permitted in any building or on anywhere on Calvert Island.
• Marijuana use in any form is not permitted except with medical prescription. 
• Illegal drug use of any kind is not permitted. 
• Alcohol is permitted in moderation only. 
• Pets are not allowed. 
• Cabins should be left tidy, swept, and with kitchen / dishes clean at checkout.

Accommodation

• As a wilderness camp we have limited ability to accommodate persons with disabilities. Some cabins have ramps to the entrance and one cabin has an accessible shower. Please contact us to discuss your needs and we will see if we can accommodate you.
