Option 1 – Corporate Retreats (on a Private Island)

For teams of up to 30 people (up to 8 beautiful cabins), Clipper Bay Camp provides the perfect setting to:

Our retreats typically run for five days and four nights (Monday – Friday ) but can be customized for shorter or longer stays depending on your goals.

Each retreat includes private lakefront cabins, full amenities, exceptional meals, kayaks, canoes, basic motor boats, and fishing gear. Optional extras include guided fishing, facilitated outdoor programming, and upgraded motorboats. 

The business portion of your corporate retreat is up to you. Whether you are doing strategic planning, focused innovation, or training, you will plan that. We provide an iconic meeting room with exceptional views and keep you going with snacks and coffee.
