2 bedroom cabin rental at Clipper Bay Camp, a boat-access island camp on Calvert Island in Whitefish Bay near Sioux Narrows, Ontario.

The Lammermuir has great views of the lake and a screened in porch. 

Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and Bedroom 2 has 4 singles (2 sets of bunkbeds). 

In this cabin you walk through the room with bunk beds to get to the room with the queen bed. 

Price includes 13% HST (Ontario Harmonized Sales Tax)

Refunds

• Contact us using the contact form to cancel your booking
• 10% of every booking fee is non-refundable no matter when or for what reason the cancellation is made.
• 90% of the booking fee is refundable for cancellations made 4 months prior to check-in date.
• 50% of the booking fee is refundable for cancellations made between 2 and 4 months prior to the check-in date.
• No refunds are available for cancellations made less than 2 months before check-in date.
• There are no refunds or price adjustments for late arrivals or early departures

Risks and Waiver of Liability

• As a condition of using the camp, all adult guests will be required to sign a release and waiver of liability on behalf of themselves and any minors in their group. 
• Participating in a remote wilderness camp and related activities is an inherently risky activity.
• Minors must wear life jackets on docks and in any boat, kayak, canoe, or watercraft. Minors may only swim without a life jacket with a parent actively supervising. Parents are responsible for water safety of their children.

Rules

• Conduct incompatible with the Christian, family-oriented nature of the camp is not permitted.  
• Smoking is not permitted in any building or on anywhere on Calvert Island.
• Marijuana use in any form is not permitted except with medical prescription. 
• Illegal drug use of any kind is not permitted. 
• Alcohol is permitted in moderation only. 
• Pets are not allowed. 
• Cabins should be left tidy, swept, and with kitchen / dishes clean at checkout.
• The acting camp manager has the right to eject or refuse service to any person or group. 

Rates for non-accommodation services, subject to availability (CAD, HST Included)

• Docking your own boat. $25/day
• 16ft aluminum boat with 25 hp motor. $160/day
• Pontoon boat rental. $455 / day
• Island-Landing Ferry Trip Return, per group $60 (one return trip included per stay, this rate is for additional trips made mid-week or for split arrivals in your group).
• Tent Camping. $45/night / tent (your own tent and gear)
